Using an intrinsically safe, rugged PDA the service technician can perform a number of scheduled tasks from Inspecting hoses, fitting new hoses and making new hose assemblies. It can also be used to perform an urgent repair or breakdown, or verify and capture information from hoses not in their schedule tasks. Once the chosen tasks have been performed for that day, that information is then uploaded to the iTRAKKA web site which automatically updates the system.
